SMACNA has produced a video highlighting some of the notable provisions contained in the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. The video discusses the opportunities available for SMACNA contractors. The subjects covered include: 179D tax credits, energy efficiency and rebate programs. The video also discusses the prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements incorporated into the IRA to provide contractors with a better understanding of the current statutory requirements and opportunities.
