Certain establishments injury and illness data from the OSHA Form 300A: Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, OSHA Form 300: Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, and OSHA Form 301: Injury and Illness Incident Report is due to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration on March 3rd.
OSHA Provides a secure website, the Injury Tracking Application (ITA), where firms can manually enter their data to the ITA via the web form, upload a CSV file to the ITA or transmit data electronically via an API (application programming interface). If you are unsure if your company is required to submit this data, OSHA has a tool to help you understand your legal requirements under the law.
