This seminar, held periodically, follows the conclusion of the December council meeting. This seminar is intended to educate the chapter executive and the local Industry fund trustee about the legal framework in which industry funds must operate. Outside counsel presents on the labor, tax and other laws that dictate how an industry fund is established and operated. It is recommended for trustees, chapter executives and others involved in the administration of local industry funds and is offered free of charge.
